Best I have come across

I have been very happy with the service that I have received from SOLOS residential. Jennifer has been great, she has answered all my questions quickly. Other competitor agents in the area act like they are doing you a massive favor by talking to you. However the service I have received from SOLOS is second to none!! Jennifer has gone above and beyond what any other agent has done. The competency they exuded and the service I have received are what other agents should strive for!!

6 months with another agent 2nd day with Solos!

Our flat was on the market for 6 months with other agents and advertising and then within 2 days Colin came over it was let, he advised us we were just a little over the top with the rent and we were quite happy to reduce it by £10 a week to get the right sort of tennant.

Superb Solos

After looking for a property to rent, and being very let down by a lot of letting agents not even returning my calls or e-mails, I met with Jenny from SOLOS who was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for her, from arranging viewings, to liaising between myself and the landlord and keeping me updated on progress on a daily level. Fantastic and Extremely professional in all aspects. A lot of other letting agents around Nottingham could learn a lot from this company!!

Far better than anyone else I've used or heard of

I worked with Jennie and her team at Solos to find somewhere for me to live. Although I'd just found somewhere else more suitable to my needs, Jennie did a tremendous job understand my requirements, talking through the appropriate properties she had on offer and then taking the time to show me the choice we'd selected. I cannot fault the team at Solos, especially Jennie who is very friendly and shows genuine concern for the needs of customers. After a substantive hiccup in my first property choice (not through any fault at Solos), Jennie pulled out all the stops to quickly find a well suited alternative for me. Communication is a real strength at Solos, they are excellent at keeping customers informed and responding to questions. Courteous, prompt, friendly and genuinely caring.

Solos provided me and my housemate with a perfect property to rent within a week of first contacting them. After immediately being given options for viewings tailored to my requirements I was constantly kept informed of the progress being made towards making my move a reality. Simply Brilliant

I planned to move to Nottingham to start my new job and therefore, wanted a property to rent.
