SOLOS residential are a local, independent firm specialising in providing comprehensive Residential Lettings and Property Management services within Nottingham and the surrounding areas. As specialists in Lettings and Property Management only, we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of our Landlords and unlike estate agents, our loyalties are not divided by dealing with lettings, property sales and mortgages.

We understand that letting your property can be a nerve-racking experience and that your property is likely to be one of your most important assets.  With this in mind our top priority is providing you with the highest possible level of service and the right tenants for your property.

Competitive rates and comprehensive services

Our fees are competitive and may be open to negotiation dependent on the level of Service required. We offer 4 main service levels to Landlords which include Tenant Find Only, Tenant Find and Rent Collection, Full Management and Full Management with Rent Guarantee and Legal Cover.  We are committed to finding the right tenant for your property and work on a ‘No Let No Fee’ basis so please call on 0115 855 2355 to discuss your needs and to arrange a Market Appraisal on your property.

Carefully selected quality tenants

Drawn from our continually updated tenant database, all prospective tenants are thoroughly and professionally referenced and credit checked. In some cases we will also require a guarantor before a tenant is approved.

Out of hours service

We offer an out of hours service to Landlords as well as a 24 hour emergency helpline for tenants.  We are able to conduct accompanied viewings with potential tenants 6 days per week to enhance the chances of letting your property to a suitable tenant quickly.  We can also be contacted by telephone to arrange a Market Appraisal of your property or answer any questions until 7.30pm Monday to Friday and until 5pm on Saturday.
